About Us

When my father went to the doctor for a check up a few years ago, he learned, after much testing that he has a form of dementia. We have been through some tough times for sure. We have 3 caregivers with Sonshine that stay with him at his home up to 24/7. They communicate with each other on the schedule and always keep us informed. Each one of them is devoted to keeping my dad safe and happy. They go for walks at the park, . Each of them are able to keep him calm and happy most days. It is very hard to have this happen to a parent, but having Sonshine has been so reassuring to our family. He stays in great spirits, and we spend much less time worrying about his safety. I highly recommend them, and suggest to always look at all of your options. Him being able to be in his own home was obviously our first choice. We couldn't have done it without them.
