Step 1 – Submit our Online Application
Fill in and submit our online application, and you’ll receive a response by phone or e-mail soon. If you would like to expedite your application, feel free to give us a call after submission.
Step 2 – Followup (Screened Applicants)
If you already have a background screen, follow up with us via call or text to 850.764.6638. We will need your name and SSN to confirm that you are screened.
If you do not yet have a completed background screen, follow the instructions in step 3.
Step 3 – Background Screening
All of our caregivers are required to maintain and have maintained a clean background. Each background check is valid for 3 years. Having passed a background check is required prior to attending orientation.

Step 4 – Brief Phone Interview
A hiring manager will contact you upon successful review of your application.
